lately i've been bombarded with a question: am i really an architect?

i'm gonna answer this briefly, as straightforward as humanely possible. i AM a qualified architect. i just dont practice much architecture, nor does architecture interests me more than anything else. in a group of architects where every body follows something, i'm a free floating non-compliant neutral entity that sits exactly in the gravity free zone.

i dont follow any sort of belief system in architecture. well, if fundamental is a belief system, then yes, i'm a architecture fundamentalist. i dont feel the need to gravitate to a specific group of people to know that i'm still an architect. i dont need to belong to a particular movement to practice what i believe in.
